Exports internal integration terms

Effective 4 November 2026

These terms cover Exports, TradePulse’s internal integration between QuickBooks Online and designated Google Sheets. Exports uses Google Apps Script to import TradePulse’s own accounting records for internal financial reporting and reconciliation. It is available only to authorised TradePulse staff and is not a public customer application.

Authorised use and connection

Use Exports only for TradePulse business purposes and within the access granted to you. Connect a QuickBooks Online company account only if you have permission from TradePulse to authorise access to that account. Do not connect an unrelated company’s account or share access with unauthorised people.

What the importer does

The importer reads QuickBooks records and stores imported copies in the designated Google spreadsheet. Its code does not create, edit or delete QuickBooks transactions. It may import financial reports, accounts, customer and supplier records, invoices, payments, bills, credits, purchases, deposits, journals and transfers.

Access responsibilities

Restrict access to the spreadsheet and Apps Script project to staff who need it for their work. OAuth credentials and tokens are stored in Apps Script Properties, separately from spreadsheet cells. Script editors can access those credentials, so script-editing permission must be limited accordingly. Do not disclose credentials, tokens or imported accounting records through public links or unauthorised sharing.

Checking reports

Check imported data against the relevant QuickBooks records before using it for accounting, reporting or financing decisions. Imports may be incomplete, duplicated, delayed or affected by configuration or processing errors. Investigate discrepancies before relying on the resulting reports.

Availability and interruptions

Imports may stop or be delayed because of changes or interruptions in QuickBooks Online, Google services, authorisation or the importer itself. Do not assume that an existing spreadsheet contains the latest records. Confirm the reporting period and import status before use.

Ending access

TradePulse may suspend or end access when it is no longer authorised or needed. Stop using Exports when your authorisation ends. Local disconnection removes stored connection tokens and stops imports; it does not delete records already imported into Google Sheets. App access can also be revoked through QuickBooks Online.

Disconnection and removal requests are reviewed by TradePulse’s Legal team. Requests to remove imported copies are handled separately, as described in the Exports privacy notice.
